Comparing medicine versus natural anxiety treatment and the path to picking the right options for you


Those of us with anxiety disorders or stress are more often than not, constantly on the look out to find any kind of advice and treatment to help us try to lessen the amount and frequency of our attacks. To try and combat the distressing symptoms and allow us to finally break free from the debilitating shackles of anguish. Many of us who suffer can see medication as a miracle in the short term. It reduces not only the frequency of attacks but can also in part help to combat some of the more common symptoms such as shortness of breath, sweating and dizziness.
